I advise organizations on how to communicate during complex, high-stakes situations. I work directly with leadership teams and advisors to ensure communications is clear, credible, and aligned with business decisions. My focus is on helping stakeholders understand what is happening, what comes next, and what the path forward looks like.
Over the course of my 15-year career, I’ve led communications through enterprise transformations, restructurings, Chapter 11 filings, distressed sales, leadership transitions, and orderly wind-downs. This includes guiding communications during a Chapter 11 filing and sale of the 9th fastest-growing tech company in North America, supporting workforce stability during fast-moving bankruptcies, and advising boards through unplanned CEO transitions during broader recapitalization and transformation efforts.
I began my career as a journalist covering national crises, where I learned how messages are received under pressure and how quickly credibility can be lost—or earned. I graduated summa cum laude with honors from the University of Missouri School of Journalism.
